OUR POLICIES


CANCELLATION POLICY

ALL appointments require a credit card on file due to our cancellation policy;
Full 24 hour notice is required for any rescheduling or cancellation prior to an appointment; failure to notify within the required time will result in a fee of $50 being charged to the credit card on file. A No-Show is consider failure to cancel or failure to show for a scheduled appointment; you will forfeit the service!

REFUND POLICY

ALL sales are FINAL and non-refundable; No Exceptions.
However, one may exchange any remaining credit(s) towards other services we provide. Deposits and autopay’s are non-refundable as they are a commitment towards completing appointment(s) or packages.

PRODUCT REFUND POLICY

No refunds. Unopened products may be exchanged towards other products within 14 days of purchase. Open products may not be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

NYS TAXES

All services are subject to 4.5% service tax on the full value of service. All products are subject to 8.875% sales tax.
